1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy identifies activities that are prohibited or restricted when using Sparroz services. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Sparroz services to:

• violate applicable law or regulation
• engage in money laundering or terrorist activity financing
• evade sanctions or other legal restrictions
• commit or facilitate fraud
• impersonate another person or business
• provide false, misleading or incomplete information
• conceal beneficial ownership or control
• process transactions for an undisclosed third party
• use another person’s payment method without authorization
• manipulate transaction descriptions or payment information
• interfere with security or technical controls
• gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• distribute malware or conduct cyberattacks
• expose Sparroz or another party to material legal, regulatory, financial or reputational risk

3. Prohibited or Restricted Business Categories

Sparroz Group LTD may prohibit or require prior written approval for activities involving:

• illegal goods or services
• controlled substances
• weapons or explosives
• human trafficking or exploitation
• unlicensed gambling
• fraudulent investment or recovery schemes
• deceptive marketing
• counterfeit goods or intellectual-property infringement
• unauthorized financial services or unlicensed money transmission
• shell banks
• sanctioned persons or jurisdictions
• high-risk virtual-asset activity
• other sectors considered high risk

4. Third-Party Processing

You must not use your account to receive, hold, transfer or process funds for another person or business unless Sparroz Group LTD has expressly approved that activity.

5. Compliance Reviews

We may request information or documentation to determine whether activity complies with this policy. Failure to cooperate may result in delayed transactions, restrictions, suspension or termination.

6. Enforcement

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may reject or delay transactions, restrict functionality, suspend or close an account, retain records, report activity where legally required or take other action permitted by law and the Terms of Service.

7. Reporting Misuse

Suspected misuse may be reported to compliance@sparroz.io.
