Customer Cooperation

Customers may be asked to provide information or supporting documents before, during or after a transaction. A request for information does not necessarily indicate wrongdoing; it forms part of the controls used to protect customers and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

  • use strong and unique passwords
  • enable available security features
  • review transaction details carefully
  • avoid granting access to unknown third parties
  • report suspected unauthorized activity promptly
  • keep contact and identification information current


Reporting Concerns

Suspected fraud, unauthorized activity or misuse of Sparroz services should be reported promptly to support@sparroz.io or compliance@sparroz.io. Do not include passwords or complete payment credentials in an email.
